1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within usually 4 or 5 of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

    • Be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Certain products such as perishable pet food, opened treats, grooming products, and custom-made items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within [3 business days], and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can process the replacement quickly.

5. How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship your item to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping service for your safety.
